Eggcite!!!
It is 4 more months til our big day!!! :) I simply can't wait to see Mong in her beautiful gown again :) so pretty! haha
So, many things have happened (any many money has gone...i mean invested) since we came back from Taiwan. Let me list them down,
1) We've confirmed our church venue,
2) confirmed the solemnizer (the funny Pastor Patrick!),
3) we bought our very comfy beds (one for my house and one for hers),
4) sent out all our FB invites,
5) finalized the design of our invitation cards,
6) decided on what colors to paint our walls
7) got our best friend AVELINE (LOVE YOU!!) (SINGLE AND AVAILABLE) to be our chinese emcee
8) caught up with our wonderful and assuring pre marriage counselors (they are such wonderful people)
Still, there are still many things to finialize! list again!
1) Print cards
2) caterers
3) send out invitation cards
4) deco
5) Wedding day plan
6) Meet alex (no.1 photographer in SG!) to discuss actual day wedding
The journey so far has been such a joyous and exciting ride with Mong. Sure, we had some disagreements here and there, and most of the time it was due to me not wanting to over spend on certain things. But ultimately, i would want to give her the loveliest and most memorable wedding day that I can, because everyday I am so grateful for her. The anticipation that has been bubbling up just makes it all worthwhile, knowing that 11th June 2016 will be a day that we will remember and embrace for the rest of our lives.
God indeed has been faithful to us. He sent us friends who are willing to assist us in any tasks (painting houses, checking whether there are snakes in the bush before we stood near it to take photos, making our video montage, emceeing, etc). He has given us such understanding and supportive parents, who just gives us their blessings and puts our happiness first. It hasn't been easy planning whilst working at the same time, but I'm sure the 3 of us are putting in our utmost commitment for 11th June 2016.
Ok abrupt end.
